Most projects are quoted based on scope, complexity, and timeline. For projects that are 3+ months, I work on a fixed monthly rate. This provides clarity upfront and allows me to focus on quality rather than tracking minutes. Hourly rates may be used for smaller/ singular projects.

My rate includes concept development, research and inspiration, design execution, revisions within the agreed scope, professional file preparation, and clear communication throughout the project. It also accounts for the tools, and resources required to deliver high-quality work.

Projects typically require a deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones. This ensures dedicated time and resources are allocated to your project.

I would say the mix of starting with a vintage piece vs. painting from scratch is 50/50 depending on what the client is looking for. I love working both ways!
